Refund Policy

30 days. No questions.

If spacetags pro isn't what you expected, we'll refund your purchase in full within 30 days of the order date. You don't have to explain why. We'd appreciate it if you did — it helps us improve — but it's not a condition.

How to request

Email hello@spacetags.app with your order number or the email address you used at checkout. We typically reply within one business day.

What happens next

1. We confirm the order.
2. We trigger the refund through Lemon Squeezy.
3. The original payment method is credited within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank or card issuer).
4. We deactivate the license key.

After 30 days

If something's broken — a regression, an incompatibility with a new macOS version, anything — reach out regardless of when you bought. We'd rather fix the problem than pretend the clock ran out. Refunds outside the 30-day window are at our discretion, but we're generally reasonable people.
